Dementia Care

Wheatlands also has a secure dementia neighborhood, which we lovingly call the TLC Angels. The neighborhood features nine semi-private rooms, for up to eighteen residents. Our staff in TLC have additional dementia training ensuring optimal care for those special people. The TLC neighborhood has its own dining room, courtyard, quiet room, and tornado shelter to make life easier for those residents.
